Facestock:
Fasson 55# Semi-Gloss UV Inkjet (UVIJ) FSC® is a lightweight, super-calendered, coated facestock for labels produced digitally. The surface has been optimized for printing labels on UVIJ platforms such as Domino N610i, Durst Tau 330, EFI Jetrion 4900, 4950 LX, and the Mark Andy Digital series. It has optimized opacity, brightness, smoothness, and gloss. Additional product constructions utilizing the same facestock are available.

NOTE: In-house testing is always recommended prior to final ink selection. Qualification is subjective; evaluation and customer perception might differ. As label designs vary, we encourage end application testing of all materials.

The FSC® chain of custody certification verifies that FSC® certified material is identified or kept segregated from non-certified or non-controlled material through this chain.

Adhesive:
Fasson® C4510 is a rubber-based adhesive featuring high initial tack and ultimate bond strength to a wide variety of substrates, including low surface energy plastics, glass and corrugated cardboard. Fasson® C4510 was engineered specifically for cold, damp environments typical of dairy environments. Fasson® C4510 has very good high speed/wide web converting characteristics. This adhesive is suitable for applications which require compliance with FDA 175.105. This section covers applications where incidental contact between food and the adhesive may occur.
