Facestock:
Fasson® 2.3 Mil White BOPP TC is a heat set, biaxially-oriented, coextruded polypropylene film, with good opacity and a bright white high gloss background. The surface has been topcoated to provide superior printability by UV and water-based flexographic, gravure, silkscreen, and letterpress processes, using a wide variety of different inks. This facestock has excellent moisture resistance, and good diecutting and dispensing characteristics.

Fasson® R195 is a general purpose removable adhesive featuring moderate initial tack and minimal adhesion build-up. It offers a consistent level of adhesion and long term removability across a wide variety of substrates. Fasson® R195 is ideal for applications requiring clean removability over long periods of time. It is suitable for use on a wide range of substrates including glass, plastics, and corrugated cardboard. It has also been found to adhere well to curved glass and plastic substrates approaching 1" in diameter, although caution should be exercised with stiff facestocks. Meets the requirements of FDA 21 CFR 175.105 for indirect food contact. This section covers applications where incidental contact between food and adhesive could occur.
