Description:
Rapid-RollŪ 40# BG Easy Release liner is a one side, silicone coated release liner on supercalendered glassine paper. This product is caliper controlled, which makes it an ideal sheet where precise adhesion laydown and die cutting are required. Offers very good quality consistency, optimal surface properties, even thickness and strength.
Target Markets:
Used primarily for in-line pressure-sensitive adhesive laminating applications. This 'easy' release formula is generally used in applications where the adhesive is coated directly onto the silicone release liner, then nipped and laminated to the back of the paper facestock.
End Uses:
Consumer/Retail Labels, Data Processing Labels, and Industrial and Medical applications
