Facestock:
Fasson® Trans-Therm® 1C is an ultra-smooth, coated facestock which provides premium barcode printing for high-speed and medium-speed printers. This product is suitable for use in applications where high quality barcode printing is critical. Smudge resistance has been optimized for a coated paper, but caution is recommended with contact scanners. Fasson® Trans-Therm® 1C offers reduced mottle flexographic floodcoating and high-speed, wide-web converting.

Adhesive:
Fasson® S2550 is a versatile general purpose permanent adhesive designed for excellent adhesion to corrugated cardboard and superior adhesion to plastics. It offers excellent initial tack and ultimate adhesion, especially at lower temperatures, without sacrificing high-speed converting.  The S2550 adhesive meets the requirements of FDA CFR 175.105 for indirect food contact. Compliance to this regulation permits the use of this adhesive in applications for which the adhesive either (1) is separated from the food by a functional barrier, which will prevent the migration of any of the adhesive components to the food; or, (2) has incidental contact with food, limited to the trace amount at the seams or the edges of the label.

Applications and Uses
Product is suitable for use in applications where high quality thermal transfer barcode printing is critical. Material provides reduced mottle flexographic floodcoating and high speed wide-web converting. Product can be used as a base stock for Type “L” listing or classification mark labels. Product has not been approved for any other type of UL application. Note that file numbers are not assigned by UL to base materials that merely meet the Type “L” requirements.

Optimal Storage Conditions
Unless otherwise specified in this document, ideally store at 72F and 50% RH
