Fasson® 4 Mil White Flexible Vinyl is available in either topcoated or non-topcoated form. It is pliable, has good tear strength and weather resistance, but relatively low heat resistance. Care must be taken in adhesive selection to ensure good dimensional stability. UVTC not recommended for process printing by rotary letterpress.

Printing/Converting
Specially formulated inks for non-topcoated vinyls are required. This product can be diecut and stripped at high speeds on standard web-fed presses.

Applications and Uses
Applied labels will be resistant to water, mild acids, bases, salts, and most petroleum based oils, greases, and aliphatic solvents. This product will provide satisfactory outdoor durability for two years under normal vertical exposure conditions. Proper inks should be chosen and labels overlaminated to insure durability of graphics. This construction complies with CONEG heavy metal content regulations.

Optimal Storage Conditions
Unless otherwise specified in this document, ideally store at 72F and 50% RH
