LinerLiner physical properties
50#SCK is a bleached, super-calendered paper stock with very good diecutting and matrix stripping properties. Supplied with an Anti Block Coating ("ABC") on the backside of the liner to control adhesive and label transfer to the backside of the liner in finished, wound rolls. This liner should not be used in fanfolded label applications and is not recommended for back printability.

Applications and Uses
Printing and Converting
Can be printed with standard flexographic water-based or solvent inks designed for plastic films, and solvent screen inks. Not recommend for letterpress or use with UV cured inks. Can be die cut and stripped at high speeds on standard roll fed printing presses. Labels in a variety of shapes and sizes have been successfully dispensed at moderate speeds on standard pressure sensitive labeling equipment.

The Fasson® product listed above meets the requirements specified by the European Union Directive Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive 2002/95/EC, 2011/65/EU (RoHS 2) and as amended by (EU) 2015/863 (RoHS 3) .The heavy metals and phthalates called out in this directive are not intentionally used in the manufacture of Fasson® products and the totallevel of any incidental contamination of said substances in these products would be less than 100 ppm.

Environmental Performance: Chemical Resistance test results
The performance results are based on 4 hour immersions at room temperature unless otherwise noted (gasoline is 1 hour). Samples were applied to stainless steel panels and conditioned for 24 hours before immersion and evaluated immediately upon removal. Adhesion measured at 180° peel.
