Fasson® S717P is a permanent acrylic adhesive offering high initial tack, minimal cold flow, and excellent mandrel holding power. It performs well on a variety of substrates, including plastics and glass. Its excellent holding power prevents edgelift and butterflying of labels when applied to small diameter surfaces. Fasson® S717P provides excellent diecutting and stripping characteristics, as well as automatic labeling features. It is suitable for use in applications where sterilization methods are used, and is ideal for critical pharmaceutical applications requiring extended component change notification.
FDA Compliance: S717P adhesive complies with Title 21, Section 175.105 of the Code of Federal Regulations (21 CFR 175.105). Compliance to this regulation permits the use of this adhesive in applications for which the adhesive either (1) is separated from the food by a functional barrier, which will prevent the migration of any of the adhesive components to the food; or (2) has incidental contact with food limited to the trace amount at the seams or the edges of the label. | Adhesive # S717P |
