Facestock:
Fasson® Premium Matte Water-Based Inkjet paper is a 60# paper featuring a matte-white finish. Specifically engineered for use in on-demand inkjet printers utilizing water-based dye and pigment ink technology. It couples excellent inkjet print quality with fast ink dry time and smudge resistance. It is ideal for applications which print variable information in conjunction with full color graphics.  The surface accepts flexo spot colors and varnishes after digital printing. Additional product constructions utilizing the same facestock are available.

NOTE: In-house testing is always recommended prior to final ink selection. Since qualification is subjective, evaluation and customer perception might differ. As label designs vary, we encourage end application testing of all materials.

Adhesive:
Fasson® S2501 is a versatile, general purpose permanent adhesive designed for excellent adhesion to corrugated cardboard and superior adhesion to plastics. Excellent initial tack without sacrificing high speed converting. For use with all information printing technologies, including laser. Meets the requirements of FDA 21 CFR 175.105 for indirect food contact. Compliance to this regulation permits the use of this adhesive in applications for which the adhesive either (1) is separated from the food by a functional barrier, which will prevent the migration of any of the adhesive components to the food, or (2) has incidental contact with food limited to the trace amount at the seams or the edges of the label.
