Description:
FassonŽ Rapid-RollŽ Easy Open StickPak Surlyn 350 HB is an easy to tear film faced lamination designed for tubular form/fill equipment. Face is corona treated and may require a corona treat prior to printing. This face also requires a varnish prior to packaging.  This construction does not require special notching of the StickPak for consumer use. Structure requires flexible packaging inks & varnishes for form, fill and seal process. Contact your ink supplier for specific recommendations. Fit for use testing required.

Note: Good tension control on press is needed to run this this material, caution should be used particularly with rolls greater than 18".

Construction consists of  115 ga film/7#WLD/Foil/18# Surlyn Co-Ex

Compliance:
The components of the food contact layer meet the requirements for polyolefin resins intended for food packaging applications as described in the FDA olefin polymer regulation 21 CFR 177.1520(c) 2.2. This resin may be used in contact with all types of food as defined in Table I, 21 CFR 176.170(c) at use conditions B-H as defined in Table II, 21 CFR 176.170(c).
