Fasson® 119# Cherry Wood/AT20N/1.2 Mil Polyester
Spec# 53605
Facestock:
Fasson® 119# Cherry Wood is a smooth, real wood veneer label material. The smooth surface has just enough hand-feel so that you know it is real wood, but it is smooth enough to be printed and converted. Fasson® Cherry Wood is ideal for wine, spirits, craft beers, high-end beverages, and gourmet foods.

As the cherry wood is a 100% true wood material with natural grain patterns, no two labels will look the same. The wood may have natural defects, such as dark spots, cracks, general wood bruising or even a small hole. The color shade, grain pattern and caliper can vary between batches, or even within a roll. Given the nature of the material, the product has to be cut with dies adapted to it and it could generate wood dust. The cherry wood face material will carry wood separations (joints) as well as an increased number of product splices (wood + PET carrier) in a roll, due to the fact that this is a wood material. It is recommended to not expose the material to heat or moisture conditions as this will impact the material flatness.

Adhesive:
Fasson® AT20N is an all-temperature adhesive developed to provide good room temperature performance and excellent cold temperature performance without sacrificing good diecutting and stripping properties. Because of its cold- temperature properties and good adhesion to corrugated cardboard, AT20N is an ideal adhesive for warehouse applications. Fasson® AT20N is suitable for applications where compliance with FDA 175.105 is required. This section covers applications where incidental contact between food and adhesive could occur.
