Description:
Fasson® Rapid-Roll® 25# PPFP Surlyn® 385 ITC (Paper/Poly/Foil/Poly) is laminated pouching material used in flexible packaging of dry goods. It is heat sealable and provides barrier to oxygen and moisture. Structure requires flexible packaging inks & varnishes for form, fill and seal process. Contact your ink supplier for specific recommendations. Fit for use testing required.

Construction consists of 25# C1S/7.2# LDPE/.000285 Foil/22# Surlyn®.

It is suggested that corona treatment applied after digital printing will help to burn off residual oils and allow for better adhesion of an overlam or varnish. This Indigo topcoated (ITC) paper has a 1 year shelf life.

None of our paper/PE/mPET/PE products are sterilized with ethylene oxide treatment nor are they irradiated.
Compliance:
According to the manufacturer of the 25# PPFP w/Surlyn, this product has compliance with CFR Title 21, Sections 177.1520, 178.3520 and 176.300 as well as 176.170 and 176.210. Compliance with these regulations allows the direct contact of the face sheet with all food types.

Target Markets:
Dry food or moist towellette packages that require high quality flexo/process printed graphics. P/P/F/P has a coated paper facestock that is suitable for flexoprocess graphics. The Surlyn sealant layer allows sealing through contamination.



End Uses:
Higher-grade print jobs in primary packaging. Dry soup mixes, seasoning packets and powdered drink mixes. Moist towelettes and hard-to-seal products.

Unless otherwise specified in this document, ideally store at 72F and 50% RH
