2.3 Mil White BOPP TC is a heat set, biaxially-oriented, coextruded polypropylene film, with good opacity and a bright white high gloss background. The surface has been topcoated to give superior printability by UV and water-based flexographic, gravure, silkscreen and letterpress processes, using a wide variety of different inks. Also thermal transfer printable. This facestock has excellent moisture resistance, and good diecutting and dispensing characteristics.

S8001 is a high performance, clear permanent emulsion acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive with balanced adhesion to a wide variety of substrates, including low surface energy plastics, engineering grade plastics, bare, coated, or painted metals, including powder coat and enamel paints. It features medium tack and excellent chemical and UV resistance for outdoor industrial applications.

Features and Benefits
Applications and Uses
Ideal for general purpose nameplates and film label applications.
Applied labels will be resistant to water, mild acids, bases, salts, and most petroleum-based oils, greases, and aliphatic
solvents under normal vertical conditions.

Printing and Converting
Can be thermal transfer printed with wax, wax/resin combination, and resin based ribbons on standard thermal transfer printing equipment. The top coated surface accepts most flexographic, letterpress, and screen inks. Testing is recommended prior to selecting any thermal transfer ribbon or press ink for production. Can be die cut and converted at high speeds on most roll fed rotary printing equipment. Labels in a variety of shapes and sizes have been successfully dispensed on standard pressure sensitive label dispensers.

The Fasson® product listed above meets the requirements specified by the European Union Directive Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive 2002/95/EC, 2011/65/EU (RoHS 2) and as amended by (EU) 2015/863 (RoHS 3) .The heavy metals and phthalates called out in this directive are not intentionally used in the manufacture of Fasson® products and the totallevel of any incidental contamination of said substances in these products would be less than 100 ppm.

Environmental Performance: Chemical Resistance test results
The performance results are based on 4 hour immersions at room temperature unless otherwise noted (gasoline is 1 hour). Samples were applied to stainless steel panels and conditioned for 24 hours before immersion and evaluated immediately upon removal. Adhesion measured at 180° peel.
