Facestock:
The Fasson® 4 mil white flexible top coated vinyl features good tear strength and weather resistance. The matte sheet is specifically engineered for use in dye based on-demand water-based inkjet (WBIJ) printers. It couples good inkjet print quality with fast ink drying time for applications requiring variable information in conjunction with full color graphics. The surface accepts flexo spot colors and varnishes after digital printing. It is ideal for applications which print variable information, in conjunction with full color graphics.  Additional product constructions utilizing the same facestock are available. NOTE: In-house testing is always recommended prior to final ink selection. Qualification is subjective evaluation and customer perception may differ. As label designs vary, we encourage end application testing of all materials.

Liner:
50#SCK is a bleached, super-calendered kraft paper stock with very good die cutting and matrix stripping properties. Used primarily for roll-to-roll and fanfold label applications. Not recommended for sheeted applications. Test suitability for use in fanfold label applications due to ABC ("anti-block coating") applied to backside of the liner to control adhesive and label transfer in finished, wound rolls. Backside printable with many water-based flexo inks.
