Description:
FassonŽ Rapid-RollŽ White StickPak w/Metallocene is a white polyester faced laminated pouch structure designed for high speed tubular form/fill machines. Construction consists of 48 ga. PET / 10# WLDPE / .000285 Foil / 7# LDPE / 1.25 Mil Metallocene Film with high slip package for equipment performance. This material requires a corona treatment prior to printing via flexo water-based or UV. Contact your Rapid Roll BDM for further assistance. Structure requires flexible packaging inks & varnishes for form, fill and seal process. Contact your ink supplier for specific recommendations. Fit for use testing required.
Compliance:
The LDPE layer meets the requirements for resins intended for food packaging applications as described in the FDA olefin polymer regulations CFR Title 21 section 177.1520 (c.)(2.2) and conforms to the requirements in CFR Title 21 Section 176.170, paragraph (c) for all “types of raw and processed food” as shown in Table 1 and every “condition of use” as shown in Table 2.

The foil layer complies with CFR Title 21 Section 178.3910, allowing this layer to directly contact food. The tie layer complies with CFR Title 21 Section 177.1330 (b) Ionomeric resins, subject to the limitations and requirements therein.

This product has: "compliance with CFR Title 21, as defined in Table 1 of 21CFR 176.170(c) at conditions of use B-H as defined in Table 2 of 21CFR 176.170(c). Compliance with this regulation allows the direct contact of the product with aqueous and fatty foods.
