Description:
FassonŽ Rapid-RollŽ 25# PPFP 340 ITC (Paper/Poly/Foil/Poly) is laminated pouching material used in flexible packaging of dry goods. It is heat sealable and provides barrier to oxygen and moisture. Structure requires flexible packaging inks & varnishes for form, fill and seal process. Contact your ink supplier for specific recommendations. Fit for use testing required.

Construction consists of 25# C1S/7.2# LDPE/.000285 Foil/13# LDPE.

The surface has been optimized for printing on HP IndigoŽ ws4000 and ws6000 digital color presses. It is suggested that corona treatment applied after digital printing will help to burn off residual oils and allow for better adhesion of an overlam or varnish. This Indigo topcoated (ITC) paper has a 1 year shelf life.


None of our paper/PE/mPET/PE products are sterilized with ethylene oxide treatment nor are they irradiated.

Target Markets:
Dry food packages that require high quality flexo/process printed graphics. P/P/F/P has a coated paper facestock that is suitable for flexoprocess graphics.



End Uses:
Higher-grade print jobs in primary packaging. Dry soup mixes, seasoning packets and powdered drink mixes.
