Description:
FassonŽ Rapid-RollŽ 35# PPMOPP 330 is a heavyweight coated paper face with metallized polypropylene used for higher-grade print jobs in primary packaging where more package stiffness is desired. Foil-less pouch stock can have better package durability in comparison to foil substrates. Structure requires flexible packaging inks & varnishes for form, fill and seal process. Contact your ink supplier for specific recommendations. Fit for use testing required.

Construction consists of 35# C1S/7# LDPE/Heat Sealable MOPP.

None of our paper/PE/mPET/PE products are sterilized with ethylene oxide treatment nor are they irradiated.
Compliance:
According to the manufacturer of the 35# C1S/7#LDPE/Heat Sealable MOPP, the 35# C1S layer has compliance with CFR Title 21, Sections 176.180, 176.170, 176.200, 176.210, 176.260, 176.300 and 178.3520.

The 7# LDPE layer has compliance with CFR Title 21 Section 177.1520 (c) (2.2). This resin may be used in contact with all types of food as defined in Table 1, 21 CFR Section 176.170 (c) at use conditions B-H as defined in Table II, 21 CFR 176.170 (c).

The MOPP layer has compliance with CFR Title 21 Section 177.1520. The Tie Layer complies with CFR Title 21 Section 177.1330 (a) – Ionomeric resins subject to the limitations and requirements therein.

Target Markets:
Dry food packages that require high quality flexo/process printed graphics. P/P/F/P has a coated paper facestock that is suitable for flexo- process-graphics.



End Uses:
Dry food packaging such as gravy and soup mixes that require high quality flexo/process graphics. Larger volume/weight packages requiring a more durable package. Stand up pouches for dry mixes that require superior package rigidity. Better puncture resistance for hard particulate (noodles, etc.).




Optimal Storage Conditions
Unless otherwise specified in this document, ideally store at 72F and 50% RH
