Description:
FassonŽ Rapid-RollŽ 25# PPFP 305 (Paper/Poly/Foil/Poly) is laminated pouching material used in flexible packaging for dry goods. It is heat sealable, and provides a barrier to oxygen and moisture. Structure requires flexible packaging inks & varnishes for form, fill and seal process. Contact your ink supplier for specific recommendations. Fit for use testing required.

The construction consists of 25# C1S/7.2# LDPE/.000285 Foil/13# LDPE.

Specification #79850 FassonŽ 25# PPFP 305 film product complies with applicable FDA requirements, including 21 C.F.R. Sections 177.1520 and 177.1310, provided that the net acidified chloroform-soluble extractives do not exceed 0.5 mg/in2 when the finished food contact article is extracted (on the food-contact side) with the solvents and under the conditions noted in 21 C.F.R. Section 176.170(c), Tables 1and 2 specified for the types of food and conditions of use associated with the applications of interest. The film is not cleared for packaging or holding food while cooking.

Dry food packages which require high quality flexo/process printed graphics. PPFP has a coated paper facestock suitable for flexo/process graphics.



End Uses:
Higher-grade print jobs in primary packaging. Dry soup mixes, seasoning packets and powdered drink mixes.
