The service range or service temperature range indicates the conditions under which the adhesive will remain adhered to the substrate after an initial dwell of 24 hours. Service temperature range can be affected by the choice of facestock. The typical service temperature range for hot melt adhesives is -40°F to +160°F while some acrylic adhesives have a service temperature range from -40°F to +300°F.
