LinerLiner physical properties
50#LNR is a bleached super-calendered kraft stock featuring high internal strength, toughness, and tear resistance. Ideally suited for marginal punching, perforating, and fanfolding. This liner utilizes a lower than normal release to allow for aged release build up sometimes seen with this adhesive/liner combination. Supplied with an anti-block coating ("ABC") on the backside of the liner to control adhesive and label transfer to the backside of the liner in finished, wound rolls. This liner should not be used in fanfolded label applications, and is not recommended for back printability.

Features and Benefits
Applications and Uses
This product is suitable for lead-acid battery labels, shipping labels, and other applications requiring a very aggressive adhesive.
Applied labels will be resistant to water, mild acids, bases, salts, and most petroleum-based oils, greases, and aliphatic solvents
under normal vertical conditions. It is strongly recommended that labels be overlaminated to provide maximum protection of the
facestock and printing against battery chemicals.
NOTE: This product should not be used for automatic applications. This product should only be used for hand applied label applications.



Printing and Converting
Accepts most UV letterpress, web screen, flexographic water based, solvent, or UV inks. Also thermal transfer printable with a variety of resin based or wax/resin combination ribbons. Contact your Fasson Films sales or technical representative for assistance on choosing inks, thermal transfer ribbons, and thermal transfer equipment. Can be diecut and stripped at moderate speeds on standard web-fed presses.

The Fasson® product listed above meets the requirements specified by the European Union Directive Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive 2002/95/EC, 2011/65/EU (RoHS 2) and as amended by (EU) 2015/863 (RoHS 3) .The heavy metals and phthalates called out in this directive are not intentionally used in the manufacture of Fasson® products and the totallevel of any incidental contamination of said substances in these products would be less than 100 ppm.
