Facestock:
The Fasson® 3.5 Mil Glossy White BOPP WBIJ is a white biaxially-oriented polypropylene film featuring good opacity and a glossy finish. It is designed for use in water-based, dye or pigment-based inkjet printers, and provides an instant dry surface which captures brilliant colors and high resolution images, text, lines, and barcodes. The surface accepts flexo spot colors and varnishes after digital printing. It is ideal for applications which print variable information, in conjunction with full color graphics.  Additional product constructions utilizing the same facestock are available. NOTE: In-house testing is always recommended prior to final ink selection. Qualification is subjective evaluation and customer perception may differ. As label designs vary, we encourage end application testing of all materials.

Adhesive:
Fasson® S7000 is a clear, general purpose permanent acrylic adhesive. It exhibits a balance of release properties to enable high speed converting and dispensing on increasingly-thinner substrates. Adhesion performance is designed for low surface energy substrates, enabling lasting performance on rigid and squeezable containers. It has been specifically designed to exhibit excellent wet-out characteristics and water-whitening resistance.

FDA compliance: Fasson® S7000 adhesive complies with Title 21, Section 175.105 of the Code of Federal Regulations (21 CFR 175.105). Compliance with this regulation permits the use of this adhesive in applications for which the adhesive either (1) is separated from the food by a functional barrier, which will prevent the migration of any of the adhesive components to the food; or, (2) has incidental contact with food, limited to the trace amount at the seams or edges of the label.
