2.2 Mil TamperfasTM Vinyl is a matte white cast vinyl film designed specifically for security labeling.  It is a frangible film so will break apart with any attempt to remove label after dispensing onto substrate.  Care should be taken in qualifying a particular die configuration to ensure proper strippability.   Standard shelf life is 6 months from date of purchase when stored at 70° F/50% R.H.

LinerLiner physical properties
50#SCK is a bleached super-calendered kraft stock featuring high internal strength, toughness, and tear resistance. Used primarily for roll-to-roll label applications. The 50#SCK is supplied with an Anti Block Coating ("ABC") on the backside of the liner to control adhesive and label transfer to the backside of the liner in finished, wound rolls. Test suitability for use in fanfold label applications due to ABC ("anti-block coating") applied to backside of the liner to control adhesive and label transfer in finished, wound rolls. Backside printable with many water-based flexo inks.

Applications and Uses
Printing and Converting
Tamperfas™ Vinyl is printable with most standard flexographic and UV letterpress inks. For specific diecutting requirements, consult the Technical Marketing Bulletin for Tamperfas™. Due to manufacturing requirements, there might be a maximum of 15 splices per 1,668 yards. Standard shelf life is amended to 6 months from date of purchase when stored at 70° F/50% R.H. It is strongly recommended that the product be converted and applied to substrate within 6 months of purchase. Due to inherent properties of this unique product, facestock shrinkage does occur. Exposure to environmental conditions other than those recommended will accelerate facestock shrinkage or liner growth. Either condition can make the product unusable. Not recommended for automatic application.

The Fasson® product listed above meets the requirements specified by the European Union Directive Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive 2002/95/EC, 2011/65/EU (RoHS 2) and as amended by (EU) 2015/863 (RoHS 3) .The heavy metals and phthalates called out in this directive are not intentionally used in the manufacture of Fasson® products and the totallevel of any incidental contamination of said substances in these products would be less than 100 ppm.

Unless otherwise specified in this document, ideally store at 72F and 50% RH
