Facestock:
FassonŽ 2 Mil White Polyester TCL is a homogeneously pigmented white facestock featuring excellent tear strength, heat resistance, dimensional stability, opacity, and chemical resistance. The TCL topcoating (TopCoat-Laser) enhances solvent and some water-based flexographic printing. This facestock is not recommended for UV printing. Please note that due to its highly filled topcoating, this facestock is not recommended for applications requiring the use of an overlaminate. Use of an overlaminate will cause a separation of the overlaminate from the facestock if the overlaminate is tampered with.

FassonŽ S8001 is a high performance, clear permanent emulsion acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive with balanced adhesion to a wide variety of substrates, including low surface energy plastics, engineering grade plastics, bare, coated, or painted metals, including powder coat and enamel paints. It features medium tack and excellent chemical and UV resistance for outdoor industrial applications.

FassonŽ S-8001 adhesive compositionally complies with Title 21 Code of Federal Regulations (C.F.R.) Section 175.105 ("Adhesives"). Compliance with this regulation permits the use of this adhesive in applications provided the adhesive is separated from food by a functional barrier or 1) with dry food, the quantity of the adhesive does not exceed the limits of good manufacturing practice, or 2) with fatty and aqueous foods, the quantity of the adhesive that contacts the food does not exceed the trace amount at seams and at the edge exposure between packaging laminates that may occur within the limits of good manufacturing practice.

Liner:
FassonŽ 50#SCK is a bleached, super-calendered kraft paper stock with very good die cutting and matrix stripping properties. Used primarily for roll-to-roll and fanfold label applications. Not recommended for sheeted applications.
