Fasson® 54# Semi-Gloss FSC® is a supercalendered, lightweight, coated facestock offering a balance of economy and performance. It has optimized opacity, brightness, smoothness, and gloss. This sheet is designed to excel at today's 133/150 line screen standard for water-based, UV flexographic, and UV letterpress color process printing.

The FSC® certification ensures that products come from well managed forests that provide environmental, social, and economic benefits. The FSC® chain of custody certification verifies that FSC® certified material is identified or kept segregated from non-certified or non-controlled material through this chain.

Adhesive:
Fasson® R5195 is a general purpose removable adhesive featuring moderate initial tack and minimal adhesion build over time. Its consistent level of adhesion and long term removability make it suitable for applications on substrates such as glass, plastics, and corrugated cardboard. It has also been found to adhere well to curved glass and plastic substrates approaching 1" in diameter; however, use caution with stiff facestocks.

FDA Compliance: Title 21, Section 175.105 of the Code of Federal Regulations (21 CFR 175.105). Compliance to this regulation permits the use of this adhesive in applications for which the adhesive either (1) is separated from the food by a functional barrier, which will prevent the migration of any of the adhesive components to the food, or (2) has incidental contact with food limited to the trace amount at the seams or the edges of the label.

Fasson® 46#LF is a white uncoated kraft paper liner with exceptional layflat and printability. Used for roll-to-sheet and fanfolded applications.

Classification of not being toxic (acute/chronic), corrosive, a skin/eye irritant, or strong sensitizer as defined in the 16 CFR 1500.3(b)(5), (7) – (9) (FHSA regulations), when used as intended or under circumstances involving reasonable, foreseeable misuse, based on a Toxicological Risk Assessment of the submitted product formulation by a Diplomate of the American Board of Toxicology (DABT).
