Facestock:
Fasson® 2.3 Mil Polypropylene TT is a polypropylene film with good opacity and a bright white high gloss background. The surface has been topcoated to provide superior printability by UV and water-based flexographic, gravure, silkscreen and letterpress processes, using a wide variety of different inks. Thermal transfer printable with select ribbons. Testing is recommended prior to committing to a specific thermal ribbon. This facestock has excellent moisture resistance, and good diecutting and dispensing characteristics.

Fasson® S727 is a permanent adhesive featuring high initial tack, minimal cold flow, and ultimate bond strength to a wide variety of surfaces. Fasson® S727 has excellent holding power, which helps prevent edgelift and butterflying of labels when applied to small diameter surfaces. Fasson® S727 provides excellent diecutting and stripping characteristics as well as automatic labeling features. It is suitable for use in applications where Autoclave, Gamma Radiation and EtO sterilization methods are used.
