Fasson® Global MDO White TC/S7000ER/PET23

Facestock:
Fasson Global MDO White TC is a flexible, co-extruded white polyolefin film with a print-receptive topcoating.  This film has a machine direction orientation ("MDO"), which offers exceptional dimensional stability and allows cross-directional conformability.  Global MDO White TC is ideal for use in a wide range of prime label applications.

Avery Dennison's TC-2000 topcoat is suitable for printing by UV inkjet, UV letterpress and Flexographic UV, and Water-based inks.  Not recommended for thermal transfer printing.  This topcoated facestock has excellent moisture resistance, and good diecutting and dispensing characteristics.  Use caution when applying inks out to the edge of the label, particularly UV cured inks and varnishes.  High shrinkage coatings can cause labels to lift off the liner and/or substrate.

Fasson® S7000ER is a clear, general purpose permanent acrylic adhesive. It exhibits a balance of release properties to enable high speed converting and dispensing on increasingly-thinner substrates. Adhesion performance is designed for low surface energy substrates, enabling lasting performance on rigid and squeezable containers. It has been specifically designed to exhibit excellent wet-out characteristics and water-whitening resistance and good short-term repositionability.

Fasson® S7000ER utilizes AD CleanFlake™ Technology to enable recycling for HDPE plastic bottles and containers. It has been recognized by the Association of Plastic Recyclers. This facesheet does not enable PET recycling in current recycling streams due to the weight of the full construction.

FDA compliance: Fasson® S7000ER adhesive complies with Title 21, Section 175.105 of the Code of Federal Regulations (21 CFR 175.105). Compliance with this regulation permits the use of this adhesive in applications for which the adhesive either (1) is separated from the food by a functional barrier, which will prevent the migration of any of the adhesive components to the food; or, (2) has incidental contact with food, limited to the trace amount at the seams or edges of the label.
