Facestock:
Fasson® Direct-Therm 200HD PF FSC® is a smooth, bright white paper with a medium-sensitivity thermal layer. This grade offers a robust top coat to perform well in service counter and case-ready deli applications, with resistance to moisture, heat, PVC and other common contaminates. This product is also well suited for parcel delivery and industrial case distribution where moderate resistance to moisture, stretch wrap and abrasion is required. This Direct-Therm 200HD PF FSC® product is free from added phenols during manufacturing.

Fasson recommends material be imaged and used within three to six months (FIFO inventory method) upon receipt of material for the finest quality product.

The FSC® Certification ensures that products come from well-managed forests that provide environmental, social and economic benefits.  The FSC® chain-of-custody certification verifies that FSC®-certified material is identified or kept segregated from non-certified or non-controlled material through this chain.

Adhesive:
Fasson® S2501 is a versatile, general purpose permanent adhesive designed for excellent adhesion to corrugated cardboard and superior adhesion to plastics. Excellent initial tack without sacrificing high speed converting. For use with all information printing technologies, including laser. Meets the requirements of FDA 21 CFR 175.105 for indirect food contact. Compliance to this regulation permits the use of this adhesive in applications for which the adhesive either (1) is separated from the food by a functional barrier, which will prevent the migration of any of the adhesive components to the food, or (2) has incidental contact with food limited to the trace amount at the seams or the edges of the label.
