Facestock:
Fasson® Direct-Therm 200HD FSC® is a smooth white paper with a medium sensitivity thermal coating. A special low ion topcoating provides protection for the thermal layer, and maximizes printhead life. This product is suitable for use in a wide variety of direct thermal label printers, especially those typically used in weigh scale applications. Print density at 212° F/100° C is 1.25 ODU. Fasson® Direct-Therm 200HD FSC® is resistant to blood, fats, oils, plasticizers found in PVC, alcohols, solvents, and vinegar.
The FSC® certification ensures that products come from well-managed forests which provide environmental, social, and economic benefits. The FSC® chain of custody certification verifies that FSC® certified materials are identified or kept segregated from non-certified or non-controlled materials through this chain.
Fasson recommends material be imaged and used within three to six months (FIFO inventory method) upon receipt of material for the finest quality product.
