FassonŽ 144# Silver Alloy/Z2010B/1.2M Polyester
Spec#
C2909
Facestock:
FassonŽ 144# Silver Alloy is a laminated foil designed for creating 2 or 3 dimensional deep embossings, while maintaining extreme precision in design and sharpness in the print. The silver appeal is on both sides of the face stock.
The material has an acrylic topcoat and is designed for printability. Print tests are strongly recommended.
NOTE: Work in clean conditions as aluminium could be marked by irreversible dots. It is recommended to use special cutting and embossing tools for this material, to be defined with the engraver. This product being application specific, adjustments must be made at design level and on cutting tools, in order to achieve optimal results. It is also important to test automatic dispensing with due care to check that the release is in good adequacy with the embossing.
Due to the sensitivity of the material, cradle packing will not be available.
