Facestock:
Fasson® 80# White 100% Cotton WS ("Wet Strength") is a tree-free, uncoated, matte white paper, featuring a velvet-grained, textured feel with a unique touch. It has exceptional strength, and its heavier basis weight makes it ideal for embossing. Printable by flexo and offset methods; suitable for hot foil stamping. Due to its high stiffness it is not recommended for labeling on small diameters, neck labels in particular. The 80# White 100% Cotton WS is a heavier facestock that is more rigid than typical wine label facestocks. Care should be taken to ensure full contact and complete wipe down to minimize risks of edge lifting.

Fasson® Z2010 is a versatile, general purpose permanent adhesive designed for excellent adhesion to glass, corrugated cardboard and plastics. Developed with excellent initial tack, permanent adhesion and cold/web application performance. Fasson® Z2010 performs without sacrificing high-speed converting or good diecutting and matrix stripping properties. Fasson® Z2010 adhesive is APEO-Free.

For premium packaging, Fasson® Z2010 offers confidence in cold/wet applications and is ideal for brands looking for ice bucket and cold box performance.

FDA compliance: Fasson® Z2010 adhesive complies with Title 21, Section 175.105 of the Code of Federal Regulations (21 CFR 175.105). Compliance with this regulation permits the use of this adhesive in applications for which the adhesive either (1) is separated from the food by a functional barrier, which will prevent the migration of any of the adhesive components to the food; or, (2) has incidental contact with food, limited to the trace amount at the seams or edges of the label.
