FassonŽ Direct-Therm 200GP PF is a smooth, bright white paper with a high-sensitivity thermal coating. This grade offers an economy top coat to perform well in service counter and case-ready deli applications, with resistance to moisture, heat, PVC and other common contaminates. This product is also well suited for parcel delivery and industrial case distribution where moderate resistance to moisture, stretch wrap and abrasion is required. This Direct-Therm 200GP product is free from added phenols during manufacturing.

Fasson recommends material be imaged and used within three to six months (FIFO inventory method) upon receipt of material for the finest quality product.

Adhesive:
FassonŽ AT2550 is an all-temperature adhesive designed to provide good room temperature performance, excellent cold temperature performance, and cleaner converting, without sacrificing good diecutting and stripping properties. Because of its cold temperature properties and good adhesion to corrugated cardboard, AT2550 is an ideal adhesive for warehouse applications. AT2550 is also repulpable; this means it is fully recyclable and enables full recyclability of the end packaging.

FassonŽ AT2550 adhesive meets the requirements of FDA CFR 175.105 for indirect food contact.  Compliance to this regulation permits the use of this adhesive in applications for which the adhesive either (1) is separated from the food by a functional barrier, which will prevent the migration of any of the adhesive components to the food; or, (2) has incidental contact with food, limited to the trace amount at the seams or the edges of the label.

Liner:
40#SCK is a bleached, super-calendered kraft stock featuring high internal strength, toughness, and tear resistance. Used primarily for roll-to-roll label applications. Supplied with ABC ("anti-block coating") on the backside of the liner. The ABC coating provides robust backside liner printability with water-based flexographic inks and resistance to backside label transfer along with being FDA approved.
