Fasson 2 Mil Clear BOPP TC Barrier is a topcoated biaxially-oriented film designed for semi-rigid applications which require an oxygen barrier. The print surface is designed for flexographic printing using solvent and water-based inks. UV-cured flexographic systems require specific testing and are not recommended for this product.
A PVDC barrier coating is applied to the adhesive side of the facestock, providing improved oxygen and moisture barrier necessary for reclosure food packaging. A typical oxygen transmission rate is 0.4 cc/100 sq. in./24 at 23 degrees/0 degrees RH and a typical moisture vapor transmission rate is 0.13 g/100 sq. in./100 sq. in. at 23 degrees C/90% RH.
