Facestock:
Fasson® 70# Premium High-Gloss ITC ("Indigo Top Coat") is a machine-coated, high gloss, bright white paper featuring high opacity and an excellent print surface. The surface has been optimized for printing pressure sensitive labels on HP Indigo® ws4000, ws4050, ws4500 and ws6000 digital color presses. This ITC paper has a one-year shelf life.

Qualification is a subjective evaluation, and customer perception might differ. Since label designs vary, we encourage end-use application testing of all materials.

Fasson® AT20 is an all-temperature adhesive developed to provide good room temperature performance and excellent cold temperature performance without sacrificing good diecutting and stripping properties. Because of its cold-temperature properties and good adhesion to corrugated cardboard, AT20 is an ideal adhesive for warehouse applications. Fasson® AT20 is suitable for applications where compliance with FDA 175.105 is required. This section covers applications where incidental contact between food and adhesive could occur.

FDA Compliance: Title 21, Section 175.105 of the Code of Federal Regulations (21 CFR 175.105). Compliance to this regulation permits the use of this adhesive in applications for which the adhesive either (1) is separated from the food by a functional barrier, which will prevent the migration of any of the adhesive components to the food, or (2) has incidental contact with food limited to the trace amount at the seams or the edges of the label.
