Facestock:
Fasson® 60# Classic Crest® Smooth Solar White WS FSC® is a solar white uncoated sixty pound paper that features a smooth finish and a wet strength additive that increases resistance to tearing and shriveling in moist environments. The surface provides good printability by UV Inkjet, UV letterpress, flexographic UV, solvent and water-based inks. This facestock has been qualified on the Durst® Tau 330, Jetrion® 4900 and 4950 models. Additional product constructions utilizing the same facestock are available.

The Fasson® 60# Classic Crest® Smooth Solar White WS FSC® provides an ideal print surface for wine, high-end beverages, and gourmet food. Use caution when applying inks out to the edge of the label, particularly UV cured inks and varnishes. High shrinkage coatings can cause labels to lift off the liner or substrate. NOTE: In-house testing is always recommended prior to final ink selection. Qualification is subjective evaluation and customer perception may differ. As label designs vary, we encourage end application testing of all materials

Fasson® S727 is a permanent adhesive featuring high initial tack, minimal cold flow, and ultimate bond strength to a wide variety of surfaces. Fasson® S727 has excellent holding power, which helps prevent edgelift and butterflying of labels when applied to small diameter surfaces. Fasson® S727 provides excellent diecutting and stripping characteristics as well as automatic labeling features. It is suitable for use in applications where Autoclave, Gamma Radiation and EtO sterilization methods are used.
