Facestock:
Fasson® 60# Classic® Linen WS FSC® is a sixty pound paper featuring a solar white linen finish with a wet strength additive to increase resistance to tearing and shriveling in moist environments. The surface provides good printability by UV letterpress, flexographic UV, solvent and water-based inks including WBIJ. This facestock has been qualified on WBIJ Memjet® platform and Epson C-7500 series models. Additional product constructions utilizing the same facestock are available. Fasson® 60# Classic® Linen WS FSC® is ideal for wine, high-end beverages and gourmet foods. Use caution when applying inks out to the edge of the label, particularly UV cured inks and varnishes. High shrinkage coatings can cause labels to lift off the liner or substrate. NOTE: In-house testing is always recommended prior to final ink selection. Qualification is subjective evaluation and customer perception may differ. As label designs vary, we encourage end application testing of all materials.

Fasson® Z2010 is a versatile, general purpose permanent adhesive designed for excellent adhesion to glass, corrugated cardboard and plastics. Developed with excellent initial tack, permanent adhesion and cold/web application performance. Fasson® Z2010 performs without sacrificing high-speed converting or good diecutting and matrix stripping properties. Fasson® Z2010 adhesive is APEO-Free.

For premium packaging, Fasson® Z2010 offers confidence in cold/wet applications and is ideal for brands looking for ice bucket and cold box performance.

FDA compliance: Fasson® Z2010 adhesive complies with Title 21, Section 175.105 of the Code of Federal Regulations (21 CFR 175.105). Compliance with this regulation permits the use of this adhesive in applications for which the adhesive either (1) is separated from the food by a functional barrier, which will prevent the migration of any of the adhesive components to the food; or, (2) has incidental contact with food, limited to the trace amount at the seams or edges of the label.
