Facestock:
Fasson® 60# Estate Label® #4 Wet-Strength FSC® is a paper facestock with a white laid finish, and a wet strength additive to increase resistance to tearing and shriveling in moist environments. The surface provides good printability by UV Inkjet, UV letterpress, UV flexographic, solvent-based, and water-based inks including WBIJ. This facestock has been qualified on UVIJ Jetrion® 4900 and 4950 models and the WBIJ Memjet® platform. Fasson® 60# Estate Label® #4 Wet-Strength FSC® provides an ideal print surface for wine, high-end beverages, and gourmet food. Use caution when applying inks out to the edge of the label, particularly UV cured inks and varnishes. High-shrink coatings can cause labels to lift off the liner or substrate.

The FSC® certification ensures that products come from well-managed forests which provide environmental, social, and economic benefits. The FSC® chain of custody certification verifies that FSC® certified material is identified or kept segregated from non-certified or non-controlled material through this chain.

NOTE: In-house testing is always recommended prior to final ink selection. Qualification of material is subjective; evaluation and customer perception might differ. Because label designs vary, we encourage end-use application testing of all materials.

Fasson® Z2010 is a versatile, general purpose permanent adhesive designed for excellent adhesion to glass, corrugated cardboard and plastics. Developed with excellent initial tack, permanent adhesion and cold/web application performance. Fasson® Z2010 performs without sacrificing high-speed converting or good diecutting and matrix stripping properties. Fasson® Z2010 adhesive is APEO-Free.

For premium packaging, Fasson® Z2010 offers confidence in cold/wet applications and is ideal for brands looking for ice bucket and cold box performance.

FDA compliance: Fasson® Z2010 adhesive complies with Title 21, Section 175.105 of the Code of Federal Regulations (21 CFR 175.105). Compliance with this regulation permits the use of this adhesive in applications for which the adhesive either (1) is separated from the food by a functional barrier, which will prevent the migration of any of the adhesive components to the food; or, (2) has incidental contact with food, limited to the trace amount at the seams or edges of the label.

44#PK is a poly-coated natural kraft (brown) paper liner for roll-to-roll applications. Specially designed for high-speed automatic label dispensing applications. Not recommended for sheeting or fanfolding. Features good back printability.
