Fasson® 2 Mil Metallized BOPP TC is a topcoated, biaxially oriented polypropylene which provides mirror-like reflectivity. This product can be diecut and stripped at high speeds on standard web-fed presses with either flatbed or rotary dies. For best performance, it is recommended that dies be tooled specifically for this construction. This product offers excellent dispensing characteristics.
Printable by web screen, UV letterpress, and flexographic. Use caution when applying inks out to the edge of the label, particularly UV screen inks and UV cured varnishes. High shrinkage coatings can cause labels to lift off the liner or substrate. In-house testing is always recommended prior to final ink selection.

Fasson® S6509 is a clear, permanent acrylic adhesive designed specifically for prime label applications which require resistance to water. It is engineered to perform on pasteurized applications up to +149° F, typical for pasteurized beer applications. Maintains clarity through exposure to extended exposure to ice water after the label has been applied to a dry surface. This adhesive has excellent wetout, converting, stripping, and dispensing characteristics.
Fasson® S6509 adhesive compositionally complies with FDA Title 21 Code of Federal Regulations (C.F.R.) Section 175.105 ("Adhesives") indirect food contact. Please note that if you do not have orientation equipment and apply labels over seams, the labels may whiten on the seam but will clear within 24 hours.
