Facestock:
Fasson® Curvy™ White is a semi-conformable film designed exclusively for use in Avery Dennison Curve Appeal™ labelling system. The system is a combination of pressure sensitive material and Avery's patented labelling process designed to mold and shape the pressure sensitive label to containers with compound curved surfaces. Compound curvature is defined as containers that curve in more than one direction. The Fasson® Curvy™ label is suitable for most semi-conformable applications requiring label coverage outside of a flat panel plane. This pressure sensitive product can only be sold to packaging manufacturers with the Avery Dennison Curve Appeal™ technology equipment. Fasson® Curvy™ is designed to increase the label footprint on containers and allow package designers increased freedom to design curved containers, while maintaining the high-quality graphics achievable with printing on pressure sensitive facestocks.
Printing/Converting:
Fasson® Curvy™ White is printable with most press-applied UV and water-based screen, letterpress, and flexographic inks. Use caution when applying ink out to the edge of the label, particularly UV screen inks and carbon based black and metallic inks. High shrink coatings can cause labels to lift off the liner or substrate. In-house testing is always recommended prior to final ink selection. This product can be diecut and stripped on standard web-fed presses with either flatbed or rotary dies. For best performance, dies should be tooled specifically for this construction which is supplied on 6" cores and finished rolls wound inside on 6" cores.

Fasson® S692N is a clear general purpose permanent acrylic adhesive. It exhibits a balance of high cohesive strength and adhesion to low surface-energy substrates for lasting performance on squeezable containers. Specifically designed to exhibit excellent wetout characteristics and short-term removability. Meets the requirements of FDA 21 CFR 175.105 for indirect food contact. This section covers applications where incidental contact between food and adhesive could occur.
