2 Mil White Voidable Polyester TC is a glossy white polyester incorporating a patterned release layer which leaves the word "VOID," showing evidence of tampering when removed from a substrate. The facestock is specially topcoated to enhance flexographic, UV letterpress, and thermal transfer printing.

50# SCK is a bleached, super-calendered paper stock with very good diecutting and matrix stripping properties. Used for standard roll-to-roll and fanfolded applications. For best results, fanfolded products must be processed in a controlled environment of 40-50% RH. Not recommended for sheeted applications. Features good back printability.

Applications and Uses
This product is suitable for wide variety of labeling applications such as:

Printing and Converting
The top coat is designed for printing by flexography with most solvent and some water based inks. Specially formulated inks are normally not needed, however, testing is recommended prior to final ink selection. Suitable for thermal transfer printing applications with select ribbons and printer models. This product can be die cut and stripped at moderate speeds on standard web-fed presses.

The Fasson® product listed above meets the requirements specified by the European Union Directive Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive 2002/95/EC, 2011/65/EU (RoHS 2) and as amended by (EU) 2015/863 (RoHS 3) .The heavy metals and phthalates called out in this directive are not intentionally used in the manufacture of Fasson® products and the totallevel of any incidental contamination of said substances in these products would be less than 100 ppm.

Unless otherwise specified in this document, ideally store at 72F and 50% RH

Environmental Performance: Chemical Resistance test results
The performance results are based on 4 hour immersions at room temperature unless otherwise noted (gasoline is 1 hour). Samples were applied to stainless steel panels and conditioned for 24 hours before immersion and evaluated immediately upon removal. Adhesion measured at 180° peel.
