Features and Benefits

An opaque matte white color
Excellent thermal transfer and flexo/UV press printing
Water, grease and tear resistant
Up to 6 month outdoor capability by itself, 12-18 months with over lamination or surface varnish. Testing recommended.
The Matte Film facestock can withstand temperature ranging from -23F to 200F.

Printing and Converting
Can be thermal transfer printed with wax, wax/resin combination, and resin based ribbons on standard thermal transfer printing equipment. The smooth matte surface accepts most flexographic, letterpress, and screen inks. Select press inks are UL Recongized in all colors for indoor use without the need for overlamination. Recognized in all colors for indoor use with UV ink jet inks also. Other ink systems may also be suitable for use with this material. Testing is recommended prior to selecting any thermal transfer ribbon or press ink for production. Can be die cut and converted at high speeds on most roll fed rotary printing equipment. Labels in a variety of shapes and sizes have been successfully dispensed on standard pressure sensitive label dispensers.
