Description:
FassonŽ Rapid-RollŽ 35# PPFP 360 (Paper/Poly/Foil/Poly) is a laminated pouching material used in flexible packaging of dry goods. It is heat sealable and provides barrier to oxygen and moisture. Structure requires flexible packaging inks & varnishes for form, fill and seal process. Contact your ink supplier for specific recommendations. Fit for use testing required.

Construction consists of 35# C1S/7.2# LDPE/.000285 Foil/13# LDPE.

Specification #79851 FassonŽ 35# PPFP 360 film product complies with applicable FDA requirements, including 21 C.F.R. Sections 177.1520 and 177.1310, provided that the net acidified chloroform-soluble extractives do not exceed 0.5 mg/in2 when the finished food contact article is extracted (on the food-contact side) with the solvents and under the conditions noted in 21 C.F.R. Section 176.170(c), Tables 1 and 2 specified for the types of food and conditions of use associated with the applications of interest. The film is not cleared for packaging or holding food while cooking.

Target Markets:
Dry food packages that require high quality flexo/process printed graphics. P/P/F/P has a coated paper facestock that is suitable for flexoprocess graphics.



End Uses:
Dry food packaging such as gravy and soup powder mixes that require high quality flexo/process graphics. Larger volume/weight packages requiring a more durable package. Stand up pouches for dry mixes that require superior package rigidity. Better puncture resistance for hard particulate (noodles, etc.).

Unless otherwise specified in this document, ideally store at 72F and 50% RH
